A Prayer for Those Needing Employment
Dear Heavenly Father
Please be with those in need and are seeking help, but help them to seek you first, Lord.
Help them to realize that there is a purpose in all things and that the tough times they are experiencing now are making them stronger because they have You by their sides.
Help them to be patient and to look to you for guidance.
For those who lost their jobs or are just starting a new career, please help them find purposeful employment.
Help them put food on their tables for their families that they may be well nourished; and help them to get the medical care they need that they may be healthy and able to do Your will.
And, as they receive Your blessings… let them be thankful, understanding, and sensitive to the needs of others, and find ways to help others. For we are our brother’s keepers Lord.
We ask these things in Your loving Son, Jesus’ name.
